Shipping
All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post. The following shipping charges apply:

Australia $5.00 Unframed
Australia $10.00 Framed
International $15.00 Unframed
International* $50.00 Framed* and Canvas*



Unframed keepsakes are sent in the sturdy, rigid envelopes to ensure no bending occurs.

Due to the personalised nature of our product, delivery times do vary. I strive to process each order same day, occasionally it can take up to 5 working days due to the research involved. Canvas orders can take up to 7 working days as they are printed off site. If you require the product urgently, please give me a call on 0412 385 076 or email me tatjana@day2remember.com.au. Delivery times are out of our control and will depend on postal services available to your area.

*When ordering products internationally that contain wood, A Day 2 Remember will carry no responsibility for any custom issues or charges that may arise. If you are not sure, please check the custom regulations for the country of your shipment destination.

Payment
When placing an order online, at the end of your shopping you will be prompted with a Paypal checkout. Paypal is the safest way to shop online using your credit card. There is no need to have a Paypal account.

Returns
We are positive you will love your A Day 2 Remember™ baby keepsake. But if for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to return your baby keepsake, we will refund the full amount you paid within 20 days from date of purchase.

How to make a return
Please email me at tatjana@day2remember.com.au, let me know the reason for your return and I will give you instructions on where to send it. The product must be returned in its original condition. Please include a copy of your invoice.
